DisneyLand

DisneyLand in October is such a festively fun and ever-so-slightly spooky place to visit. The villains are out in full force. The kids even got to see their favorite villains: Captain Hook, and Lady Tremaine with Anastasia and Drizella. There were pumpkins galore and the night-time lights featured ghosts and spiders.
The submarine ride was our first choice on our first day, a great introduction to DisneyLand.

Meeting Snow White was the highlight of the trip for both of the kids.
Autopia.

It was so nice to take the train to the back of the park in the morning (we spent the majority of our time in Fantasy Land and Tomorrow Land) instead of walking down Main Street.

James' second real roller coaster, and May's first. Thank goodness she just barely hit the 35 inch mark!
This is the first family vacation that we've ever taken, just the four of us, just for fun. I would love to make this a fall-break tradition. (Not the DisneyLand part, necessarily, just the togetherness.)
