Soccer Super Star

Look at this lime green soccer sensation.  After signing James up for soccer we got a phone call that out of the nine parents on the list, eight had been called and declined coaching the team.  I was number nine.  So I said yes, not knowing much about soccer but figuring I just needed to point the kids in the right direction and tell them not to use their hands.

I found out, though, that coaching is FUN.  Like, SUPER FUN.  Maybe it helped that James was awesome at it.  He almost always knew which way to run and he made lots of goals.  This week was our last game so we bid adieu to the hideous uniform.  We're not sure what James will play next, but as James said, "I just really like sports."
