Scrooge McDuck

May is such a great saver.  She stores up her money for months, (months!) despite many temptations to spend it on toys, candy and books.  Her most recent purchase was a La La Loopsy doll whose hair you can style.  She first spotted it at Toys R' Us in November.  It didn't make her Christmas list so we didn't bother with it.  Then she saw it again at the beginning of February, this time at Target.  "Mommy, she said, that is the La La Loopsey that I am saving my money for."  It's really amazing because our kids don't get an allowance, so they have to rely on birthday money and found coins for their income.  Finally in February, thanks to some additional Valentine funds from Grandma, she was able to buy it.  I'm impressed at her tenacity and patience.
