Wrappers Delight

Awhile back the kids and I decided to make our own wrapping paper.  Armed with some fruit-shaped sponges from the dollar store and a length of plain brown paper, we set to work.

The kids carefully painted on the colors with a brush before choosing the perfect spot.  They did not, however, take as much care in the bathroom washing up.  Ah well, the price we pay for creativity!

 

 

Hopefully our friend who received their birthday gift wrapped in this little number was pleased with the results of our hard work!
